How can you improve my revenue?

Our system offers real time eligibility verification and provides up to date patient demographics.  We also offer a claim denial management system designed to edit claims for payer adjudication rules in order to maximize your payments and reduce costly denials...all this happens prior to submission.


What billing software do you use?

We offer a web based practice management software product that can be accessed from anywhere via the internet.  It was designed to interface with most EHR software, so you don't have to switch.  That kind of flexibility helps set PSS apart from our competition.


How quickly are my claims processed?

All claims are submitted electronically on a daily basis.  Each claim is reviewed and edited to maximize physician payments prior to claim submission.


How do you handle deliquent accounts?

We verify that all information is accurate and provide your patients with an understanding of the processing of their claims by the insurance company.  If the patient still has concerns, we will contact your office to discuss how you want to handle a patient's account.  We will never write off a balance without your approval.


Do you provide customer service to my patients and how is your staff trained?
